The challenge
Best known for the iconic Burj Khalifa, and The Dubai Mall, Emaar Properties is one of the world’s most valuable and admired real estate companies operating across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
To support sales efforts, Emaar commissioned DSA to design, manage and install an exhibition stand for Arabian Travel Market and a modular experiential space that could rotate around a variety of promotional locations in The Dubai Mall.
Conceptual planning
Challenged to unify six brands – Address Hotels & Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resorts, Vida Hotels & Resorts, Dubai Mall, Emaar Retail and Burj Khalifa – under one event space, we set out to create an experiential sales kiosk that could be installed at various locations.
Visual design
Our flexible and versatile design ensured that the experiential sales kiosk could be adapted to anything from a 12mx12m space, down to a 3mx3m at its smallest.
Used to educate visitors on new developments within Dubai and to take enquiries for their sales reps to follow-up on, the appealing design incorporated a scale model of current and future developments, lounge spaces and promotional content.
The event
During an 18-month operational period, the experiential sales kiosk was installed at various locations across Dubai in various configurations. The space generated high levels of brand awareness and exceeded targets for sales leads generated.
The exhibition stand was a show-stopping showcase of Emaar’s portfolio and created a buzz at Arabian Travel Market.
